3 Meals a Day, smaller portions and no sugar
Breakfast, lunch and dinner. According to all experts and dietists 3 meals a day is not only a requirement for a healthy body and mind but is also a fundemental part in loosing weight and getting in shape. Unhealthy eating is all about irregular eating. It’ s the snacks before lunch or dinner, the chips you devore on your way to work, the candy bar you convince yourself you have earned after a hard days work. Keeping to 3 not overly sized meals a day is the most important ingredient in a good diet.
Eat this for breakfast if you want to loose weight:
- An apple, orange or any other fruit
- Corn Flakes or other non sugar cereal with milk
- A cup of tea or coffee without sugar and a piece of dark break
Being on a diet does not mean you have to stay hungry or skip meals. In fact, skipping meals with only make you so hungry that a candy bar one hour before lunch will almost be inresistable
Eat this for lunch if you want to loose weight:
- Stay away from sauce or ketchup
- Prepare your lunch at home the day, pasta, fish, chicken, meat anything really with moderation
- Just don’t have a coke, settle for a glass of water
Preparing your meals at home the day before and bringing it in a lunch box will not only regulate the size of the portion, unless you have this huge lunch box, but it will also allow you to decide what you want to eat rather than having you run to the McDonald’s around the corner last minute.
You probably have understood the general idea of the 3 meals a day diet. It is quite simple and only require you to follow these instructions:
- Keep you consumtion to a morning meal, lunch meal and evening meal
- Do not eat anything in between, especially or sugar. If you get hungry, have a fruit or full grain piece of bread perhaps. But as you start this diet you will initially get hungry in between meals as your body and stomach is adapting to the new diet.
- Keep in mind that when you do eat, do not take grand portion of food. Keep it to one moderate plate of food. You body do not need more food than that.
